Elena Klinkova, President of Guild of HR-clubs, will be a moderator at w2 conference Moscow on April 28.
Elena is a tracker and HR expert with 20 years of experience, 15 of them on executive positions. She is a Candidate of Sciences in Sociology, being competent in Adizes Methodology, agile, lean and HR technologies, as well as building of business processes.
The expert has gained successful practices in the integration of HR technologies at oil and gas manufacturing companies, in retail firms, as well as at the executive authorities of the Volgograd region.
Currently, Elena creates and moderates consulting projects in executive and team development, personnel evaluation, building of HR systems, e-learning and optimization of corporate business processes. She is the founder and President of Guild of HR-clubs uniting HR clubs in order to promote HR communities in Russia, share knowledge and experience, as well as design new HR technologies. Ms. Klinkova also leads ViLife:group workshop of quality life aimed at bringing personnel, teams and companies to a new level of well-being and excellent operations.
The specialist has organized strategic sessions and hackathons, HR battles and management fights, forums, industrial and youth conferences. Besides, she is the author of a range of articles published in various magazines.
Elena will be both a moderator at the conference and a participant in the panel discussion titled ‘Building a perfect working office’. Together with other professionals, she will examine special features of offices with a different number of employees, nuances of various management approaches and other crucial issues.
